Working as a Teaching Assistant is not only rewarding, but is also a brilliant way to get you hands on experience in schools working with a variety of different students and teachers.

Teaching Personnel is working alongside secondary schools in Poole and is seeking Graduates of all subject areas for several Teaching Assistant roles we have in Secondary schools across the Poole area. Although no teaching experience is necessary, prior experience working with children is desirable.

Classroom experience is invaluable when becoming a teacher and working as a teaching assistant will not only allow you to gain an excess of knowledge but will also help you make connections with schools in your area which is essential when becoming a fully qualified teacher.

We have a number of part time and full time roles available. If you are unable to commit to a particular role but still wish to gain classroom experience we can also offer you day to day supply work to fit around your schedule.

Working as a Teaching Assistant with Teaching Personnel you will be paid a minimum daily rate of £54 a day (exact rate is discussed with each individual). You will be paid on a weekly basis directly into your bank account.
