Teaching Assistant Job in Milton Keynes

Teaching Personnel are looking for a proactive teaching assistant for an opportunity at a primary school in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate must be ready to hit the ground running and want to make a real change within the classroom and to the overall progression of the school. The school is in Category 4 from their most recent Ofsted report and they prioritise safeguarding, personal development and pupils’ welfare due to having a high number of students whose circumstances make them vulnerable.

For this role it is key that:

• You have previous experience in a primary classroom
• You have a current DBS on the update service
• You have a flexible approach to behaviour management
• You are passionate about education and have a positive outlook to your work
