The Role

As an LSA, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils.
• Support children with SEND, SEMH, learning, and behavioural needs.
• Help pupils engage with lessons and build confidence.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs.
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and personal development.
• Support pupils who may require additional behavioural or physical assistance.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Caring, patient, and resilient
• Confident supporting children with additional needs
• A strong communicator and team player
• Adaptable and proactive
• Passionate about helping children succeed
• Available to work full-time during school hours

Previous experience in a school, SEND, SEMH, or childcare setting is desirable. Team Teach training is an advantage, although training may be available.
