Our setting provides a therapeutic and trauma-informed approach to education, supporting students who have faced significant barriers to learning. Every day is different — and every day matters.

The Role:

  • Assist in managing behaviours linked to trauma, ADHD, and SEMH needs in a calm, consistent and positive manner.

  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to ensure a holistic approach to education.

  • Be a trusted adult, mentor, and role model for our young people.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has prior experience working with young people or adults with SEMH, ADHD, trauma, or similar needs — in an educational, therapeutic or care setting.

  • Holds a degree in a relevant subject such as Psychology, Sports Science, Youth Work, Education, or Social Work.

  • Demonstrates emotional resilience, patience, and a proactive mindset.

  • Can build strong, respectful relationships with young people who may struggle with trust and authority.

We Offer:

  • A supportive, passionate team and a culture that puts relationships and wellbeing first.

  • Ongoing training in trauma-informed practice, de-escalation techniques, and more.

  • A chance to be part of life-changing work and meaningful progress for students.

  • Opportunities to grow within a forward-thinking, specialist setting.
