We are seeking a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a specialist provision, we work with pupils with SEMH (social, emotional and mental health needs) who need a nurturing, structured, and personalised approach to learning.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience supporting children in an educational or youth work setting (essential)
- Builds positive relationships with children and young people
- Is calm, flexible, and able to manage challenging behaviour with empathy
- Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Shares our commitment to inclusive, pupil-centred education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
