Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Wimborne Area
Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for schools in the Wimborne area. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, we have a variety of roles available to suit your skills and experience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in the delivery of lessons and activities
- Assist children with learning difficulties or additional needs
- Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive classroom environment
- Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children (voluntary or paid)
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting learning
- A passion for education and improving the lives of young people
- Strong communication skills
- A relevant qualification such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
