Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Wimborne Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in the delivery of lessons and activities
• Assist children with learning difficulties or additional needs
• Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive classroom environment
• Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (voluntary or paid)
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting learning
• A passion for education and improving the lives of young people
• Strong communication skills
• A relevant qualification such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
