We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a progressive and inclusive school in Wiltshire. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to build on existing experience, this role offers excellent training and career development.

 

Location: Wiltshire

Salary: £13.75 an hour

Start Date: Immediate Start

 

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with pupils who have a variety of special educational needs.
  • Support learning through tailored interventions and classroom assistance.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
  • Receive ongoing training and mentoring to help you grow in your role.

 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a keen interest in SEN and inclusive education.
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working within SEN in or out of an educational setting
