Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across the Weymouth area. Whether you’re experienced in education or come from a childcare or youth work background, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

• A proactive and reliable individual with a genuine interest in supporting pupils’ learning
• Experience working with children or young people (in schools, nurseries, or other settings)
• A flexible and positive approach to classroom support
• Teaching Assistant qualifications or relevant experience (desirable, but not essential)
