Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Weymouth. We have a variety of day-to-day supply and long-term roles to suit your availability.

The role will involve:

• Supporting pupils in lessons, either in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Encouraging pupil engagement and building confidence
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting children with additional needs where required

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working with children or young people (in schools, childcare, or similar settings)
• Are patient, adaptable, and able to engage with a variety of learning styles
• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Are committed to helping every child achieve their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
