Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Weymouth. We have a variety of day-to-day supply and long-term roles to suit your availability.
The role will involve:
- Supporting pupils in lessons, either in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Encouraging pupil engagement and building confidence
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting children with additional needs where required
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working with children or young people (in schools, childcare, or similar settings)
- Are patient, adaptable, and able to engage with a variety of learning styles
- Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Are committed to helping every child achieve their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
