This is a brilliant opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a school that champions creativity, collaboration, and high standards. As HLTA, you’ll play a key role in supporting learning across the curriculum, leading small group sessions, and stepping in for whole-class teaching when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of lessons across multiple year groups
• Lead targeted group interventions and whole-class sessions when required
• Assist in tracking pupil progress and providing feedback
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual learning needs

✅ What We’re Looking For

• HLTA qualification (Level 4 or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a primary school setting
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

⭐ Desirable Skills

• Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. autism, dyslexia, speech and language needs)
• Confidence using educational technology to enhance learning
• A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to varied classroom situations
