Teaching Personnel are currently looking for full time Teaching Assistants to join our education provision.
With a fantastic pay rate between GBP57-GBP65 per day depending on experience.
You will be expected to work with vulnerable children who require additional support and display challenging behaviours. You will need to be enthusiastic and able to engage with young people who's previous experiences in the education sector may have been inconsistent, negative or non-existent.
Desired Qualities / Skills:
- A continued commitment to own professional development.
- Understanding of child-safeguarding issues and successful measures that promote and ensure the safe-guarding of children.
- Knowledge of current legislation, guidance and developments relating to the subject area.
- Confident and social
- Quick thinking
- MAPA/Team Teach Trained
These roles are challenging yet extremely rewarding. The class sizes are much smaller than mainstream schools.
