Here at Teaching Personnel, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual who is happy to challenge themselves within their working life. We are currently recruiting for a secondary school teaching assistant to work with pupils who display challenging behaviours. These behaviour traits range from social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

Even though the role is challenging, as the class sizes are much smaller, it provides you the opportunity to make a real difference and create friendly and professional working relationships with both the pupils and the staff.

• An excellent track record

Previous experience within an educational or SEN background is desired, however not essential as this can be taught. We are looking for the right candidate to fit into this job role.
