Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support our teachers and inspire young minds.

About the Role:
As a key member of our teaching team, you will:

• Support classroom learning across a range of subjects and age groups

• Work one-to-one or in small groups to help pupils reach their full potential

• Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

What We’re Looking For:
 Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant (experience is preferred)
 Strong understanding of the UK curriculum (or relevant curriculum if outside UK)
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach

Desirable:

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent)

• Experience supporting children with SEND

• First aid or safeguarding training
