In this role, you will work alongside class teachers to deliver high‑quality learning support and provide tailored assistance to pupils who require additional help accessing the curriculum. You’ll play a key role in creating an inclusive, nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils throughout the school day, including those with SEND
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and small‑group activities
• Helping maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Tracking progress and feeding back to teaching staff
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents

About You:

• Experience within a primary school setting is desirable
• Confident supporting pupils with varying needs and abilities
• Committed, reliable and passionate about helping children succeed
• Able to work effectively as part of a school team
