With excellent staff development opportunities and a strong sense of teamwork, this is an ideal setting for someone looking to grow within a vibrant educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching staff in the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons

  • Work one-to-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning

  • Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school setting

  • A calm, patient and proactive approach to supporting learners

  • A genuine interest in education and student development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

While formal qualifications are not essential, relevant experience or a background in education, childcare, or youth work would be advantageous.

This is a full-time position, working term time only, and would suit someone looking to build a career in education or considering teacher training in the future.
