Teaching Personnel Role Available

Here at Teaching Personnel, we are looking for a full time Teaching Assistant.

Location: Poole

Hours: Full time: 8:15am – 15:15pm

Pay Rate: £350-£400 Per Week

I work alongside Bournemouth and Poole primary schools, and they are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and professional individual. If you are interested in working within the KS1 and KS2 sector in Dorset … look no further!

The ideal candidate will be able to work alongside the class teacher, and support the children with curriculum lessons, social skills, behaviour management and supporting with their reading skills. You will need to be able to provide efficiency as the school is looking to create an environment with positivity, enthusiasm, and professionalism, this is to ensure an enjoyable and safe learning environment for all pupils and staff.

                There are a couple of requirements we ask for the job role:

  • An enhanced DBS on the updated service.
  • To always ensure all children are in a safe, secure, and happy environment.
  • To be able to work effectively in a team and within a team.
  • Supervising and providing efficient and always supporting safeguarding
  • Being able to help with class activities to facilitate children learning and development.
  • A good understanding of numeracy and literacy

Here at Teaching Personnel, we are always looking to make it as easy and convenient as possible for you! We have recently brought in a new mobile app for you to then be able to work when you like. We are very flexible in adapting to whether you would like part time or full time, and always looking to keep work as local as possible! We also offer quality training to be able to keep up to date on all processes and knowledge.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
