Teaching Assistant

We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to fulfil our vacancies in schools across Plymouth. These are full-time, long-term roles starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students.
• Implement individualized learning plans to support the child's progress.
• Utilize your understanding of early phonics to facilitate language development.
• Offer play-based interventions and sensory support as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting vulnerable children or young people.
• Sound understanding of early phonics.
• Experience with play-based intervention and sensory support is desirable.
