✅ Experience supporting primary-aged children (essential)
✅ A genuine passion for helping pupils learn and thrive
✅ Flexibility to work across a variety of schools and roles
✅ Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
✅ Two recent professional references

Requirements:

• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Completed safeguarding training (support provided if needed)
