Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide essential support in the classroom, ensuring a conducive learning environment for students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the delivery of educational activities and lessons.
• Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help.
• Helping to create engaging and interactive learning resources.
• Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or individual education plans (IEPs).
• Promoting positive behaviour management within the classroom.
• Contributing to the overall well-being and development of students.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or a related role is advantageous but not essential.
• Must be a UK resident. 
• A genuine passion for working with young learners and helping them thrive academically and emotionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with various age groups and abilities.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
