Key Information
• Start Date: 5th January 2026
• Contract Type: Full-time, long-term supply (Temp-to-Perm potential)
• Pay Rate: £85–£100 per day (experience dependent)

The Role
We are working closely with a welcoming and well-organised primary school in South Molton that is seeking a dedicated and reliable Teaching Assistant for a long-term placement:
• 4–5 days per week
• Guaranteed until July 2026
• Strong consistency and stability
Responsibilities Include:
• Supporting pupils across the classroom under the direction of the class teacher
• Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support learning and development
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
• Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and progress
You will play a key role in supporting continuity of learning and helping pupils reach their full potential.
Who We’re Looking For
