Are you passionate about helping young people thrive in a fast-paced, engaging learning environment? We’re looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join vibrant secondary schools this September.

Location| Northamptonshire, Daventry, Northampton, Towcester and surrounding 


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting students across KS3 and KS4, including GCSE prep

  • Assisting in subject-specific lessons – from English to Science to Humanities

  • Working 1:1 or with small groups to boost progress, focus, and confidence

  • Helping to manage behaviour and promote a positive classroom culture

  • Encouraging independence, resilience, and future-ready skills

Term-time only | Full-time roles | September start

Positions available across secondary schools in Daventry, Towcester, Northampton and Brackley

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQ’s on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
