Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Term-Time Only

A friendly and inclusive primary school in the NP19 area is looking for a committed General Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. Whether you have previous classroom experience or are new to education, this role offers the chance to make a real difference in a supportive school environment.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting the class teacher with lessons and daily classroom activities

• Working with children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)

• Assisting with intervention sessions to help pupils achieve their learning goals

• Helping create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment

• Supporting with classroom organisation and preparing learning resources

We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiastic, caring, and reliable individuals

• A genuine interest in children’s learning and development

• Experience with ALN or in a school setting is beneficial but not essential

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
