Join Our Team as a Full-time Teaching Assistant in Lytham!

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a full-time Teaching Assistant in Lytham! We are looking for candidates to start on the 8th of January (following the half-term). This position will continue until the end of the academic year.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers to support the educational and social development of students. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
2. Providing individual and group support to students during class activities.
3. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Assisting with the implementation of behaviour management strategies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following attributes:
1. A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young learners.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students.

This is a full-time position with starting as soon as possible. The salary will be commensurate with experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
