Starting as soon as possible, a fantastic school want a SEN Teaching Assistant, confident in supporting pupils with ASD (Autism) within KS2 (ages 7-11yrs). This is a FANTASTIC SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity, which could see you gain invaluable, front-line experience for the rest of the academic year.

LOCATION: North Cornwall - Launceston
TRANSPORT: public transport links are limited so a full driving licence is necessary

To work within a sen role it is compulsory that you have a genuine passion for education and motivation to support the young person. The head of school is looking for a hardworking, bright and caring person, who has their sights set on a career within education, ideally focused on SEN and psychology. Applicants will need to be confident and able to deal with the daily challenges that arise when working with Autism (ASD).
ROLE: - What will your role include…
If you are successful, you will be working with a team of dedicated TA’s who work 1:1 with a child all day. You will be working full time Monday-Friday 08:30-15:30 offering supporting both inside and outside of the classroom.
