SEN Teachers Needed Across Surrey
Location: Horley
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, Term Time Only
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are seeking a dedicated, motivated and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join welcoming and inclusive primary/secondary schools in Horley. You’ll be part of a committed team who work together to support pupils with special needs.
About The Role:
- Provide close support to children with special needs
- Full-time & part-time roles
- Working with ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and more
- Classroom & 1:1 teaching opportunities
- Support pupils in developing their academic, emotional, and social skills
- Promote an inclusive learning environment where every child can learn and thrive
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- QTS or QTLS (UK-recognised teaching qualification)
- Has experience supporting children with autism (school-based experience preferred)
- Demonstrates empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
- Is enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to helping children reach their full potential
- Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent), not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
