At Teaching Personnel, we are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team on a day-to-day basis, within the Spalding area. This opportunity allows you to have control over your schedule by updating your availability online on a weekly basis. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this position offers the flexibility to suit your needs.
As one of our Teaching Assistants, you will work alongside educators to offer that extra support within the classroom and make sure all students get the first-class experience they deserve. You will aim to…
- Working in concert with a classroom teacher to deliver an insightful curriculum and provide feedback in areas that students may need extra support in
- Developing independent thought and enhancing social skills by promoting a positive learning environment.
- Providing one-to-one support and staging small group interventions to ensure that all your students feel supported in their education
The Ideal Candidate will have…
- Have the drive to work with students and help to expand their future prospects in a supportive environment
- Hold an Enhanced Child DBS or be willing to apply for one with ourselves
- Have fantastic communication skills, to relay with your colleagues, the pupils and their parents
- Experience working with students at Key Stage 3 and 4 is preferred.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
