Job Advert: Primary Teaching Assistant – Hampshire

Location: Various primary schools in Hampshire
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner if available)
Hours: Full-time or part-time, term-time only
Salary: from13.75 per hour

We are looking for friendly and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Hampshire. If you enjoy helping children learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role:

• Help teachers with lessons and classroom activities

• Support children one-to-one or in small groups

• Encourage good behaviour and keep students engaged

• Assist with classroom organisation and daily tasks

• Support children with additional needs if required

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children (in a school or similar setting)

• Is patient, enthusiastic, and a team player

• Has good communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
