About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping them access learning and build their confidence. Roles vary from general classroom support to working with small groups or providing one‑to‑one assistance for children who need a little extra help.
You will be working on a supply basis through Teaching Personnel, meaning you can choose the days you are available, making it ideal for students balancing work and study commitments.
Who We’re Looking For
This opportunity is perfect for students who are:
- Studying a core subject such as English, Maths, Science, Psychology or Education
- Interested in gaining experience in teaching, tutoring or working with young people
- Confident, friendly and motivated to support children’s learning
- Reliable and professional, with good communication skills
- Available for part-time or full-time work from September
Previous experience working with children is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
