Behaviour Teaching Assistant
 
We are currently working with a Specialist School in Gainsborough needing which is currently looking to recruit a behaviour teaching assistant who has strong behaviour management, this will run for the  rest of the academic year.

This school caters for Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils who are unable to attend mainstream school due to their complex needs. The centre currently has around 30 students, all of which are assigned to small class sizes (no more than 6 students per class). There is also a quiet zone for students in crisis, to allow them the time and space to process their thoughts and alllow classes to continue to run smoothly. 

Key skills and experience needed:

• Teaching Assistant
• Strong behaviour management or experience working with pupils who have SEMH
• One to one and small group work
• Professional manor
• Enthusiasm and friendly approach
