Teaching Assistants (KS1 & KS2 / SEN & Pastoral Support)
Location: Dorchester
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: Paid to scale

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in a range of supportive primary schools across Dorchester.

We are looking for flexible and committed individuals who are happy to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with opportunities available to support SEN pupils and provide pastoral cover.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting pupils with SEN, including emotional and behavioural needs
• Supporting pastoral interventions and pupil wellbeing
• Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff
• Full-time role, Monday to Friday

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children or young people preferred
• Confident supporting SEN and pastoral needs
• Patient, caring and adaptable
• Committed to making a positive impact in the classroom
• Happy to apply for a DBS through Teaching Personnel if required
