Teaching Assistants (KS1 & KS2)
Location: Bridport
Contract: Full-time – 5 days per week
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work full-time in welcoming primary schools across Bridport.
This role will involve supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, making it ideal for candidates who are flexible and confident working with a range of age groups.
The Role:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Assisting pupils with additional learning needs where required
- Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children preferred but not essential
- Happy to cover across both KS1 and KS2
- Reliable, proactive and adaptable
- Happy to commute to Bridport and surrounding areas
- DBS on the Update Service preferred, but applicants without a DBS are welcome to apply — Teaching Personnel can support with the application process

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
