Teaching Personnel are working with a lovely small school in Bridport, and we’re looking for a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team starting after May half term.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support younger learners, helping them build confidence and thrive in a nurturing environment.

The Role:

• Teaching Assistant position within Key Stage 1
• Opportunities for both general classroom support and 1:1 support
• Support pupils with early learning, phonics and development
• Work closely with teachers in a small, welcoming school team
• Start date: After May half term

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, ideally within KS1 or Early Years
• A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
• Confidence supporting both whole class and 1:1 learning
• A DBS on the Update Service (preferred), or willingness to apply through us
• An updated CV covering the past 10 years of work history
