Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant – Start September 2025 | £89+ per day | Cwmbran
Location: Cwmbran (Friendly & Supportive Local School)
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: Starting from £89 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract Type: Term-Time Only

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson delivery

Working closely with pupils with ALN (Additional Learning Needs) on a 1:1 or small group basis

Helping deliver focused intervention sessions to support academic progress

Promoting a positive, safe, and engaging learning atmosphere

Assisting with classroom organisation and resource preparation

Previous experience in education or with ALN is an advantage but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
