Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistants (2 Openings)
Location: Cranborne, Wimborne
Start Date: ASAP

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for two full-time Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team at a specialist school in Cranborne. The school provides education for secondary-aged pupils with SEMH needs, and we are looking for experienced individuals to support the students in achieving their potential.

Your Role Will Include:

• Working closely with pupils with SEMH needs in both one-on-one and group settings.

• Assisting in the development and delivery of individualised learning plans.

• Supporting students to engage positively with their learning.

• Working as part of a team to maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students with SEMH or related needs.

• Strong communication skills and a patient, understanding approach.

• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
