TEACHING ASSISTANTS NEEDED FOR THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Teaching Personnel are looking for passionate and driven Teaching Assistants to join some of our client secondary schools in Coventry for a start in the new academic year - September 2020. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across a range of year groups and will undertake a number of duties to support Teachers throughout the academic year.

Details of the role:

• Full Time Role

• September 2020 Start 

• Introduction to a large vibrant secondary school in Coventry

Duties will include:

• Assisting in the planning and preparation of lessons and resources as well as managing behaviour and promoting positive behaviour throughout school.
• The successful applicant will also deliver tailored teaching activities to pupils on either a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
• They will make sure that pupils are supported and are engaging in lesson activities and will guide and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback to teachers.
