Teaching Personnel is proud to partner with several welcoming and supportive primary schools in Coleshill (B46), and we are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher with daily classroom duties and lesson delivery

• Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Build professional and nurturing relationships with pupils, staff, and families

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working with children in education, care, mentoring, or similar roles

• Understanding of the needs of primary-aged pupils, especially those with additional learning needs

• Patience, empathy, and adaptability with a warm and approachable attitude

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Background in health & social care, psychology, youth work, sports coaching, or SEN support is a plus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
