Are you an experienced teaching assistant or simply an individual with a passion for education?
We are working in collaboration with a mainstream secondary school in the Coleshill area of Warwickshire to appoint a teaching assistant on a full time basis.

What are we looking for?
Experienced teaching assistants or individuals who have childcare/education based experiences
Individuals with a Level 1/2/3 TA qualification or equivalent
Self-motivated and responsible individuals with a professional, can-do attitude
Pro-active and self-sufficient individuals who are happy to lead 1:1 and small group interventions with students
Individuals who have had personal or professional experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs
You will be expected to:
Support the class teacher with main class activities
Follow the schools policies and procedures at all times
Work with children with special educational needs and provide them with tailored, specialist support where necessary
Run interventions on a 1:1 and small group basis
Communicate effectively with staff and parents to support the ongoing development of the children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
