Main Duties

• Working alongside the class teacher to support daily lessons

• Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils

• Supporting children with SEND to access the curriculum

• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

• Assisting with classroom preparation and activities

Person Specification

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children

• Knowledge or experience of SEND is highly desirable

• Reliable, flexible, and committed

• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
