Teaching Assistant – Garstang

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Garstang starting after the February half term.

Role Overview:

Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils
Assist with small group and one-to-one interventions
Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
Support pupils with additional needs where required

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to pupil progress
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
