Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Chichester. Whether you’re looking for flexible supply work or a long-term role, we have opportunities that suit a wide range of availability and experience levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils, including those with additional learning needs
-
Assist with classroom management and the preparation of learning resources
-
Encourage positive behaviour and help maintain a supportive learning environment
-
Provide emotional and academic support tailored to individual pupils' needs
Who We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children in an educational or care setting (voluntary or paid)
-
A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to working with young learners
-
Good communication and teamwork skills
-
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference

A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through us)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
