Job description

Early Years Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to hire an Early Years teaching assistant in the Camborne area. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, Understanding, Eager to work, Friendly and caring. The setting we are looking to place someone is an amazing, caring, friendly and fun environment to work in. Thee setting prides themselves on the level of care and understanding they provide to the children they care for on daily basis.

Job Role: Early years teaching assistant

Location: Camborne

Pay Rate: £90-£97

Contract type: Temporary

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who is caring and empathetic.
  • Someone who can quickly adapt to dealing with different situations.
  • Someone who is friendly.
  • Someone who can support the teacher.
  • Someone who understands the EYFS.

Requirements:

  • Be able to support the teacher in lesson planning and supporting the classroom.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Be able to connect and have a good connection with the children and their parents.
  • Have experience working in an Early year setting

In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £49.50, plus an annual subscription fee of £16 for the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
