Job Description

Teaching Personnel, the market leaders in Education Recruitment, are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bracknell, Berkshire. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education to students.

Job Duties:

  • Assisting the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans
  • Supporting students with their learning and development
  • Providing one-on-one assistance to students with special educational needs
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Desirable Qualifications:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience working with children or young people

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Empathetic and able to build positive relationships with students
  • Enthusiastic about supporting student learning
  • Adaptable to different learning styles and needs

Working Conditions:

This role is part-time, working hours may vary. The successful candidate will receive support and guidance from a dedicated consultant, as well as access to CPD courses and competitive rates.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
