What the role involves

• Delivering 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with a range of SEND needs.

• Assisting the class teacher in creating inclusive, engaging learning experiences.

• Supporting pupils’ emotional regulation, behaviour, and academic progress.

• Helping to maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment.

• Working collaboratively with the SENCO, teaching staff, and external professionals.
