Exciting Opportunity for a Secondary Teaching Assistant in Birmingham (£85.00 - £97.00 per day)

Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey? Teaching Personnel is delighted to offer an amazing opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in Birmingham.

Start Date: September 2025

Pay Rate: £78.00 - £94.00 per day

Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

Year: KS3/KS4

Key Responsibilities:

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:

  1. Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
  2. Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
  3. Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  4. Supporting classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
  5. Collaborating with teaching staff and parents to ensure students' needs are met.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
