Teaching Assistant - Hartlepool
Are you seeking a role within a vibrant school committed to promoting pupil development?
Teaching Assistant required within a two form entry Primary School based in Hartlepool to work Part Time for 3 days a week. The role involves supporting the Year 4 Class Teacher in promoting the development of pupils and assisting in nurturing their creativity and educational skills. The School has a very supportive culture and provides a great opportunity for Teaching Assistants who are looking to gain experience and progress in their career. In a recent Ofsted report the school were marked 'Good' and pride themselves in their creative teaching techniques. There are regular bus services that run close to the School as well as onsite parking.
The role involves:
- Supporting the Class Teacher to educate 35 pupils with some children requiring additional help
- Have an awareness of and work within school policies and procedures
- Part time role commencing 23rd of April 2019
- Will be required to complete administrative duties, such as preparing classroom resources and assist in the preparation of lesson plans.
Requirements:
- Valid DBS (A Child Workforce that is accessible through the Update Service)
- Eligible to work in the UK (Right to work in the UK documentation)
- A resilient, patient and committed attitude.
