Teaching Assistant (Afternoons Only) – Burnley

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school team in Burnley.

Hours: Afternoons only (including lunchtime cover)
Start: As soon as possible

The role will include:

• Supervising and supporting pupils during lunchtime

• Providing support in the classroom each afternoon

• Assisting the class teacher with learning activities

• Supporting children’s learning and wellbeing

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with children and helping them succeed

• Is caring, reliable and approachable

• Works well as part of a team

• Can use their initiative and adapt to the needs of the class

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
