Your Role
From your first day, you'll become part of a dedicated school team where you'll gradually develop the skills needed to become an effective teacher.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Observe experienced teachers delivering engaging lessons
- Support pupils both individually and in small groups
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Develop confidence in behaviour management and classroom organisation
- Plan and deliver elements of lessons as your experience grows
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
