Gain Two Years of Salaried Experience

Before progressing into formal teacher training, you will spend two years working in a school environment and gaining practical, hands-on experience.

You will work alongside experienced teachers, support pupils in the classroom and develop an understanding of what it takes to be an effective educator.

This experience will help you build the confidence, knowledge and practical skills needed for the next stage of your teaching career.
