What You'll Receive
- £23,000 – £27,000 salary

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Your Role
You will initially work as a Cover Supervisor, supporting students during short-term teacher absences. You will supervise lessons, ensure students remain focused on their work and help maintain a positive learning environment.
You will also have opportunities to:
- Observe experienced teachers
- Develop behaviour management skills
- Learn about differentiation and classroom practice
- Support coursework and exam preparation
- Take part in wider school activities
- Build your confidence working with young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
