Teacher required in Accrington SEN School!

Are you a qualified Teacher with experience working with pupils with SEN?

If so, Teaching Personnel are working closely with an Accrington based SEN School who are seeking a Teacher for the new academic year. The School are seeking a candidate who can deliver a range of subjects for KS2/3 pupils. The School are looking for a candidate who can commit to them for the rest of the academic year as a minimum, although it is likely that the candidate will become a permanent member of staff before the summer holidays.

The role will be full time but it may start on a part time basis while they transition you into the role. The candidate will benefit from negotiable pay rates £90-130 per day and you will have access to all of Teaching Personnel's CPD courses including Team Teach and Safeguarding.

The candidate must be a qualified Teacher and have experience supporting pupils with SEN including; PMLD, Downs Syndrome, Physical Disabilities and pupils with Autism and/or ADHD. Occasionally the pupils may display challenging behaviours due to their frustrations.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
